This page explains how users and businesses can request deletion of personal data and Meta Platform Data processed by Kords.
Kords is a CRM and business management platform that helps businesses manage customer relationships, leads, Facebook Pages, Meta advertising accounts, and related business workflows.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data by contacting Kords support.
Please send your deletion request to: support@kords.ai
When sending a deletion request, please include enough information for us to identify your account, business workspace, Facebook Page, Meta Business account, ad account, or lead form related to your request.
What Data Can Be Deleted
A deletion request may include deletion of:
User account information stored in Kords.
Business workspace information.
Customer and lead records associated with the requesting account or business.
Facebook Page identifiers, names, and connection records stored in Kords.
Meta Business account identifiers stored in Kords.
Meta ad account identifiers and advertising connection data stored in Kords.
Facebook Lead Ads form identifiers and retrieved lead data stored in Kords.
Meta access tokens, authorization tokens, and integration credentials stored in Kords.
Page engagement data, where stored by Kords.
Webhook logs, integration logs, and metadata related to Meta integrations, where deletion is permitted.
Other personal data associated with the account or business workspace.
Meta Integration Data Deletion
If a business disconnects its Meta integration or requests deletion of Meta integration data, Kords will stop processing new Meta data for that integration.
Kords will also delete or remove stored Meta integration data where permitted, including stored access credentials, Facebook Page connection records, Meta Business connection records, ad account connection records, Lead Ads data, webhook records, logs, and related metadata.
Some data may also need to be managed directly through Meta Business Manager, Facebook Pages, Meta Ads Manager, or other Meta tools.
Deleting data from Kords does not necessarily delete data stored directly by Meta.
Verification
Before processing a deletion request, Kords may verify the identity or authority of the requester.
For business workspaces, Kords may require confirmation that the requester is authorized to act on behalf of the business that owns or manages the connected Meta assets.
Processing Time
Kords aims to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Kords will confirm when the deletion request has been completed or explain if additional information is required.
Data We May Retain
Kords may retain limited data where required or permitted for legal obligations, accounting records, tax records, billing records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, backup restoration controls, compliance with applicable law, or compliance with platform policies.
Where retention is required, Kords will retain only the data necessary for the applicable purpose and limit access to it.
